The CRICK in my neck

I have not been able to figure it out...
Upon returning to America, I have had this huge CRICK in my neck..

I thought it had been massaged out in Minnesota, with that amazing deep tissue massage my mom got me for my birthday...
And then I downloaded my photos...

And now you can see the answer to why it is there...
